We booked club level and it’s worth every penny. Free cold drinks, bottled water, lovely continental breakfast options to get you on your way before heading to the parks. Various snacks and even light supper if you wanted. Free beer & wine, coffee/tea, juice, water. The included express passes are the crowning glory. They will make all the difference to your trip to the parks. Water taxi to Universal/Islands of adventure means you do the bag check/metal detector at the hotel before getting on the taxi. This is a huge savings in time because you don’t have to do it with the masses at the main gate. This hotel is the closest to the park so the transfer is short. Find the dates that work best for you and just book it! You won’t regret it. So glad we chose this hotel!

Stanley checked us in when we arrived, he was so helpful and even had our room ready for us early. The complimentary express passes for universal studios and islands of adventure are brilliant. There is a boat that takes you directly from the hotel to city walk to access universal studios or islands of adventure, it is such a lovely way to travel at the end of a hectic day in the parks. We had breakfast in the hotel, I cannot express how helpful and kind the waitress was , im sorry I didn't get her name, it might havd been Heather, , but she gave me coffee and my husband juice to go when leaving and gave us lots of miniature condiments to take away to have "in case of emergency " and because the tiny bottles of Tobasco were so cute !! The rooms were spacious and spotless, we had a massive window with a pool view, fabulous. I have no complaints or criticisms of this hotel . Would love to go back again. Amazing location for a trip to Universal, and the water taxis were such a nice extra and super convenient on tired legs. Pool is warmed and great, it also has hot tubs to help with soreness after long day at the parks. The washroom was functional, but could use some retouching and the bath plug was not working properly. Food choice around the property is not the best for picky vegetarians, but same goes for almost any place on Universal grounds. The property is beautiful with plenty of unique details. Beds were very comfortable and check in process was a breeze. They even had our room ready much ahead of official checkin time. The biggest bonus of all was the Express Passes, which is probably the main reason we’d be happy to return to Royal Pacific someday.

The proximity to the parks is fantastic- you can walk in less than 10 mins or take the water taxi. The hotel pool was lovely, clean, with towels provided & iced water on tap. The waiters were always attentive & very friendly. The best bit was the express unlimited fast passes, these alone work out at $190 per person per day so it’s a no brainer to stay on property & get them from check in date to check out date! Also a special mention to both Eduardo at check in who ensured we had a quiet room & Trey at check out who was able to extend our room check out time as we had a late flight!

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we could have hoped for and more. One of the highlights was that the price of our room included Universal Express passes for every member of our family, which made our visit to the parks much more enjoyable, cheaper and efficient. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. It had easy access to multiple free transport options to Universal Studios, which made getting there a breeze. The hotel is also conveniently close to several theme parks, which was perfect for our family. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. They were friendly, accommodating, and always available to assist with any requests. It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent service. Overall, this hotel offered outstanding value, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the theme parks.
